Mary Burt, through whom the Lord established this ministry, is an American full gospel Christian itinerant minister.   As a missionary with Jubilee International World Outreach (AOG), UK, two-thirds of Mary's ministry is mission-related: those living in less economically advantaged countries (third world), such as Africa and Asia, but she is also active in Europe and North and South America.   Mary has ministered and is scheduled to minister in many countries around the world as well as throughout the United Kingdom and the United States.   She has travelled to Canada, Mexico, Vera Cruz, Zambia, Ghana, The Gambia, Kenya, and the Netherlands.   Upcoming ministry trips in the planning are to Pakistan, Kenya, South Africa, Nepal and the Philippines, as well as return trips to previously visited nations.   Word And Spirit International Ministries ministers ‘freely’ and is solely supported by free-will giving.

In obedience to the call of God, Mary was sent out by the laying on of hands, as a missionary/minister, by her home church in Louisiana, USA, which had been experiencing revival for several years, not unlike Toronto and Brownsville.   She now resides in North Wales with her British husband, Joseph Burt, who has an anointed ministry in the area of exhortation and helps.   Joseph also has a rich heritage as his 93-year-old father, who still preaches all over the world, was a contemporary of Smith Wigglesworth and Joseph's maternal grandfather was with the China Inland Mission (Hudson Taylor).

Mary Burt is an ordained minister moving in the Prophetic office.   Her ministry is to share prophetic insight and to strengthen the local church body by way of prophetic preaching, teaching, healing and deliverance.   Mary is also involved in leadership training programmes for pastors and church leaders globally.

Word And Spirit International Ministries is called to be a voice unto the nations.   Mary is committed to preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ to every tongue and tribe.   Her desire is to see people healed and set free for the Glory of God.   God has uniquely anointed Word And Spirit International Ministries to bring healing, restoration and deliverance unto His people.   By the power of the Holy Spirit, many miracles and victories have been won through this ministry of healing and deliverance (inner and physical).   This has birthed Another Day Christian Prophetic Counselling and Prayer Ministry.

Mary also delights to see the lost saved and ‘born-again’ believers growing and fulfilling their purpose in Christ Jesus (Eph 4:11-13).   God uses her to speak life and purpose into the Church, corporately and individually, and to help God's people understand the times and the seasons in which they are living.   Much of this work is accomplished through the release of the prophetic word or message.

Mary Burt is often requested to speak at various Church meetings and other Christian groups.   She is a regular speaker and a national member of Women's Aglow International.   She is also a member of Jubilee International Ministers' Association (JIMA), participates in Churches Together in Penmaenmawr and a member of the Association of Christian Counsellors, UK as a Pastoral Counsellor.
